Cancellation Policy

We understand that there may be circumstances out of the

clients’ control that may require the need to reschedule the appointment.

We welcome a total of three reschedules/cancellations with at least 24 hours advance notice before the scheduled appointment.

After the client has rescheduled/canceled their appointment a total of three times,
the patient will forfeit the remaining sessions and will be required to re-book and
re-purchase his/her treatments. All deposit payments are non-refundable.

If the patient is more than 15 minutes late, the patient will be
required to reschedule the appointment.

You have 45 days to start and finish any services/sessions they may have booked
No refunds and no swapping of services.
